Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The platform is billed exclusively in prepaid credits. One credit equals €0.10 (with USD, GBP and PLN converted at prevailing rates). The minimum purchase is 50 credits. There are no free trials, demos or auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Credits are consumed by AI Vision, Material Search, Analytics and Assistant actions per the rates published in your dashboard.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Unused credits expire 24 months after purchase.
• Promotional credits and discounts may have shorter validity stated at the time of issue.

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. After you place an order, our finance team emails you bank details and a proforma invoice. Credits are released to your workspace once payment is reconciled, typically within 1–3 business days.

You retain all rights to fabric images, datasets and content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant The Software House a limited license to process Customer Content solely to deliver the platform. We do not train shared foundation models on your Customer Content without explicit opt-in.

Your use of the platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service for non-Enterprise plans. Enterprise customers receive a separate SLA with credit-based remedies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security risk, abuse or legal reasons. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. Unused credits remaining at termination for cause are non-refundable.

The platform is provided “as is”. AI outputs are probabilistic and must be reviewed before being used in production-critical decisions. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid The Software House in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dublin, Ireland, unless a separate Enterprise agreement applies.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in-product notice.
