Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how The Software House uses cookies and similar technologies on soft-house.app and inside the platform, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use comparable technologies such as local storage and pixel tags. They allow us to remember your preferences, keep you signed in and understand how the platform is used.
2. Categories we use
- Essential — required for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention and saving your cookie choice. These cannot be disabled.
- Preferences — remember the currency you selected at checkout, the dismissed promo banner and UI settings.
- Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting product analytics that help us improve features. Loaded only after consent.
- Marketing — disabled by default. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
3. Your choices
The cookie banner shown on first visit lets you accept all or use essential cookies only. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the loomly_cookie_consent_v1 entry in your browser storage, after which the banner will reappear. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Third parties
We use a small number of carefully selected providers for hosting, error monitoring, transactional email and analytics. They may set their own cookies when their scripts are loaded. We only load analytics scripts after you accept analytics cookies.
5. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire between 30 days and 12 months depending on their purpose.
