Purchased credits are valid for 24 months. Promotional and bonus credits may have shorter validity, stated at the time of issue.

Yes. EU/EEA/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unused credits. Business customers can request a refund of unused credits within 30 days of purchase, less bank fees.
