Privacy Policy
The Software House (“we”, “us”) provides AI infrastructure for textile manufacturers, fashion brands and fabric mills. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly, data generated through your use of the platform, and a limited amount of technical data from your device.
- Account data: name, work email, company, role, password hash, billing contacts.
- Workspace content: fabric images, material catalogs, production data and any files you upload for AI processing.
- Usage telemetry: credits consumed, API calls, model selections, error logs, IP address, browser and OS metadata.
- Payment data: invoice details, billing address, VAT/tax ID and bank transfer reference numbers. Card details are handled by future payment processors and never stored on our servers.
2. How we use your data
We process personal data to operate the platform, deliver AI features you purchase with credits, and meet contractual and legal obligations.
- Provide AI Vision, Material Intelligence, Analytics and Assistant features.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse and secure the platform.
- Bill credits, send invoices and process bank transfers.
- Improve model quality on aggregated, de-identified signals (you can opt out per workspace).
- Send transactional emails such as bank details after a credit order, security alerts and product updates.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract — providing the platform you purchased.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product analytics.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and compliance records.
- Consent — optional analytics cookies and marketing emails (you can withdraw at any time).
4. Sharing and subprocessors
We never sell personal data. We share data only with vetted subprocessors under data processing agreements.

- Email delivery for transactional messages.
- Error monitoring and product analytics.
- Accounting and tax compliance providers.
5. International transfers
When data leaves your region we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. Workspaces can be pinned to EU-only infrastructure on Enterprise plans.
6. Retention
Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account and up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting reasons. Workspace content is deleted within 30 days of account deletion or earlier on request. Backups are rotated within 90 days.
7. Your rights
- Access, rectify or delete your personal data.
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, audit logging, regular dependency scanning and vendor reviews. Report security issues to [email protected].
